I recently visited Health & Glow, BDA Complex, Bangalore with my mother. I apologize for posting this review a little late, as this incident happened about 3–4 days ago. Initially, we were misinformed about the Elite Membership by one of the Beauty Advisors. She told us that if we purchased accessories worth ₹200, we would only have to pay ₹100. Based on that explanation, we decided to buy the accessories. However, when we reached the billing counter, the bill amount was higher than what we expected. We became upset and felt like we were being cheated. Later, we realized that the billing staff were not aware of the explanation that had been given to us. At that point, a staff member named Sushma, who I later came to know was a new joiner, politely requested us to listen and explained the Elite Membership clearly and patiently. She explained that by paying ₹299 for the Elite Membership, ₹500 would be credited to the wallet. Out of that, ₹200 could be used immediately on accessories, the remaining ₹100 could be used on the next purchase, and there would also be a ₹200 birthday voucher that could be redeemed during the birthday month. I was really impressed by her patience, polite behavior, body language, and the way she handled the situation. She remained calm, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood everything properly. Because of her explanation, we finally decided to purchase the Elite Membership. My only suggestion is to please ensure that all staff members are properly trained and provide accurate information to customers. Even a small misunderstanding can create trust issues for regular customers like us. Other than that, Health & Glow, BDA Complex, Bangalore is a good and trustworthy store with helpful staff.
