I have visited Health & Glow twice, and both experiences were different. The first time, the sales staff suggested different products, but Lakme Sumithra Sister was especially helpful. My friend has a dusky skin tone, and we were struggling to find the right shade. Other sales staff couldn’t suggest the correct shades, but Sumithra Sister patiently showed us several shades and helped my friend choose the right one according to her satisfaction. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The second time I visited, I directly asked for Sumithra Sister. Until she came, we didn’t receive much assistance from the other staff. Once she arrived, she understood what we needed, guided us properly, and helped us select the products we wanted. Honestly, Sumithra Sister’s customer service is the main reason we felt comfortable shopping there. She takes the time to understand the customer’s needs instead of simply suggesting products.
