I absolutely loved the service by Sayali at the Lakmé counter. This visit reminded me why I still prefer shopping in-store over online. I had gone there for my mom, who finds it a bit difficult to figure out her exact shade and product type. Sayali was incredibly patient and guided her through the entire process, answering every question with such care and attention. Her approach made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable for us.
